The New York/Nashville Connection is a collaborative project comprised of musicians and producers in two of the biggest music cities in America. The group, featuring Ryan Connors, Josh Bailey, and Joe Goehle, reaches out to creative artists in NYC and Nashville who are attempting to make their mark in the music industry. The collaboration process facilitates the creation of a fully produced, mixed, and mastered music video for the artist's portfolio.

The Musician's Minute Project
Musician's Minute is a collaborative project that uses the schedules, habits, routines, and experiences of professional, working musicians to deduce what skills are imperative to the success of those entering the artist workforce. By identifying the skills necessary for success in the 21st century, the community will have the chance to better educate the next generation of artists, teachers, and music industry professionals. The Musician's Minute project is spearheaded by Drew Coles at Columbia University and Josh Bailey at NYU.
